Don Durm, 25-year veteran of PLM, is Vice President of Customer Solutions and is a recognized industry expert on cold chain transport application, regulatory compliance and the application of technology for a smarter food safety system.   Recognized three-times as one of the Rock Stars of the Supply Chain by Food Logistics Magazine for his work on supply chain efficiencies, regulatory compliance and the deployment of blockchain in the food supply chain.  Don’s expertise has expanded internationally to include projects as a technical advisor for both business and government to include Nigeria, Pakistan, China, South Korea and South Africa.  A gifted and sought out speaker and writer on cold supply chain challenges, he is one of the authors of the internationally accepted IRTA Refrigerated Best Practices Guide distributed by the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) to help industry meet the compliance for the Food Safety Modernization Act.  He participated in a taskforce that created the GCCA’s Cold Carrier Certification designation that ensures Shippers and Receivers that a Carrier have aligned their business and personnel to the highest industry standards for their commitment to sanitary and safe transportation of perishable products.  Sitting on numerous industry committees and boards, Don’s passion is to actlively engage business and government on new applications and methods all in the pursuit to drive towards the goal of a smarter food safety system.  Don was recently honored by being listed as one of 5 Supply Chain Champions that you need to know in 2019 by an industry publication.

Amy is a Chartered Fellow of The Institute of Transport and Logistics and has 20 plus years’ experience within pharmaceutical logistics. During this time, she has worked within operations and commercial roles and is passionate about creating supply chains that ensure product integrity is maintained throughout.

Amy started her career in an operations role for a global specialist clinical trial logistics provider, then went on to establish the UK and Irish operation for one of the world’s leading active temperature control container organisations. She created brand awareness, as well as education to the healthcare and logistics industry, of the increasing need for improved compliance and cool chain management.

Amy has worked within the air, sea and road arena, and has extensive experience of setting up secure supply chains for high-value freight and temperature sensitive freight. Working for a top 3 global third-party logistics (3PL) provider in healthcare and life sciences, specializing in business development and key account management for global clients.

Her penultimate role before joining Overhaul Group, Inc. was with ASC Associates Ltd, which Amy established in 2011 as a global supply chain business services company that specialises in the areas of temperature-sensitive, high-value products. In 2019 Amy joined the Senior Management Team at Overhaul as their Director of Product marketing enabling her to utilise her practical experience of supply chains with her passion for the future and Industry 4.0.

Amy has also been facilitating and training for over 12 years and is an IATA external facilitator for CEIV Pharma.
